Albert is worried because he is certain the Candide is under surveillance. Meanwhile
a wounded evader named Finch finds shelter with a Dutch bargee named Hans van
Broecken. He has no wish to return to England and instead wants passage to
Switzerland. Hans is keen to help the man, but when Natalie pays them a visit
Lifeline becomes involved.
