John Lee

John Lee who played Philip Hurst is perhaps best known to telefantasy fans as
Alydon in the classic first Dalek episodes in the first series of Doctor Who in
1963/4 [see pictures below]

Jean Gilpin

Jean Gilpin who played Janet Millon was reportedly worried
about playing John's mother, given that Stephen Dudley was
the producer's son.
