Along with Elmley Castle, Little Comberton in Worcestershire doubled as Abby's village in the
opening episode. It was here that the tennis court scenes were filmed.

The scene later in the episode in which Abby and Mrs Transon drive away from the former's home
and in which they meet Dr. Gordon and a vaccination is arranged was also filmed here.

Directions: Little Comberton is best reached from the A44 between Pershore and Evesham.
A few miles south is the village of Elmley Castle which was also used as Abby's village.
